Stauffenberg Cigars was founded by Maik Neubauer, a Hamburg based Advisor and Entrepreneur who developed a global network in the international Premium Cigar Industry with various connections to Cigar Experts, Manufacturers and international Distributors.

 

Based on this network and his deep personal interest in the fascinating tradition and craftsmanship in the world of premium cigars, he decided to establish the Stauffenberg Cigars brand, which combines the world of high-quality cigars with the history of German resistance in the 2nd World War (see also 'THE BRAND').

 

Stauffenberg Cigars consciously works with small and family-owned cigar manufacturers in various "New World" cigar countries - with the aim of supporting the tradition of growing and producing quality tobacco and the unique craftsmanship involved in the production of hand-rolled premium cigars.

In addition to the developent of premium cigars under the Stauffenberg Cigars brand, the distribution company behind actively supports small international manufacturers with the import process and the positioning of their hand-rolled quality cigars in the European market, which provides significant entry barriers for these kind of companies.
